Sure you might go to the gym, run, exercise and eat right, but how much time are you spending on improving YOUR MIND? Are you learning new words to expand your vocabulary? Are you learning new and better ways to make decisions? Are you learning new things? Maybe a new language, studying about history of The United States, not the history you were taught in government schools...
