"There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all."~Peter F. Drucker

What are you doing efficiently that you should not be doing at all? Think about that. When was the last time that you did an inventory of your business to find out what works and what doesn't, or are you just doing the things that you have always done because you've always done them?

Too often we just go through our day, doing what we've always done and not realizing that we should stop doing certain things because they don't serve us anymore. Are you measuring what works and what does not work? Without measuring, you have no baseline to see what is working or not. Ask most business owners and they will say, "Oh, I know what is working," but they really don't know what is working, they just know something is working.

What are you measuring in your business? You should be measuring everything to see if it's worth doing or changing. Without measuring you're flying blind.

"There is nothing so useless as doing efficiently that which should not be done at all."
