Your Capacity To Create

"Embrace fully your capacity to create, to think in unlimited ways, and to pursue everything that you have been wanting. Be flexible, open and willing to let the new come to you. "This can be the most prosperous, and creative time of your life." -- Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer

Have you embraced your capacity to CREATE? Have you learned to think in UNLIMITED ways? Are you pursuing EVERYTHING you have been wanting? Why not??? You have an unlimited capacity to create (even though that art teacher in 7th grade said you couldn't). How many people believed the teacher that said something like that about your creativity? Don't believe it! We ALL have the ability to create.

Are you pursuing everything you have been wanting? Too many people put off what they truly want, thinking that they need to wait for good the good things they want. Now is the time to go after what you want. There's no need to wait. Go for it NOW!

Have you learned to think in unlimited ways? Really?? Many people have learned one way to think and that's the only way they think. Don't get stuck in that trap. There are many ways to think, you just need to get out of your own brain. Learn to think differently. Challenge you thinking. Expand your mind.

"This can be the most prosperous and creative time of your life."  Do you believe that?  Why not?  What's holding you back?  Only YOU are holding you back.  Once you realize that, make the changes that are necessary and this can be the most prosperous time of your life!

Know. Be Known. Make A Difference!

YOU'VE Got To Change!

"If you want things to change in your life...YOU'VE got to change!"~Larry Winget

And you say "DUH." But think about it...how many times have you wished for things to change in your life but you were unwilling or unable to make the change? We know that we want to make changes but are unable to because of the programs that are running our life. Programs that have been running our lives for years and years.

These programs are in our subconscious and we need to realize that they are what is controlling our actions, much more than just what we think. All the right thinking will not change the programs, only re-writing them or writing over them will allow you to make the changes that you desire to make. "Life is change, growth is optional.

Understand that staying in your "comfort zone" keeps you where you are or even moves you backwards.  There is no "comfort zone," it's a "Familiar zone."  You are already familiar with the pain so it's "comfortable compared to the unknown pain of change.

Action:
Take a look at the programs that run your life. Are they serving you or are they hurting you. If they are serving you, keep them. If not, get rid of them as quickly as possible. And don't be afraid of the change. Make it happen!

Know. Be Known. Make A Difference.

Do You Love What You Do?

"If you do not feel yourself growing in your work and your life broadening and deepening, if your task is not a perpetual tonic to you, you have not found your place." ~ Orison Swett Marden

Wow, it was like Marden was speaking to us today, instead of 100 years ago. With the recent statistics that close to 80% of people who ARE employed, hating their job, I guess most people haven't found their place yet. If that's you, keep reading...if not keep reading anyway...

Most people today aren't looking to broaden or deepen their lives.  They are just looking to make do, pay the bills and get by.  Is that you??

Are you growing in your work? Is your life broadening and deepening? Unfortunately, most people aren't. It's not easy to find what you love to do and grow with that. It's difficult to make changes, especially after you've lived life for a while...Believe me, I know. It was 5 years ago that I realized that I wasn't growing, deepening and broadening my life. The changes haven't been easy but they have been worthwhile!

Find your place! Remember, that the place for the things you want is currently occupied by what you've settled for...Don't settle! It's never too late to be who you were meant to be!

Know. Be Known. Make A Difference!

Life's Not Unfair, It's Impartial!

“Difficulties in life are constant and impartial. Not unfair. Impartial. It is up to us to give meaning to the challenges we face, and decide how we will carry on once they've occurred.” ~ PJ McClure

Our difficulties are not unfair, they are impartial. Wow, think about that for a minute. Kinda changes things around, doesn't it. We've always been told that "life is not fair," when it should be that "life is impartial." Now, do things still happen to us? Yes, and some of them we might classify as "bad." But remember what Shakespeare said that "there is no good or bad, only what we apply to them."

Viktor Frankl said "The one thing you can't take away from me is the way I choose to respond to what you do to me. The last of one's freedoms is to choose one's attitude in any given circumstance." It is up to us to choose the way we respond to any situation. Most people react rather than respond.  Are you choosing to respond rather than react? I hope so 'cause then you are using one of the last freedoms we have.

It is up to us to give meaning to the challenges we face. And remember, that where you put your thoughts and energy is where you will either see the challenge or the opportunity. I hope that you are seeing the opportunity, because we all have our opportunities and it's up to us to make the most of them.

Waiting For Others Approval?

"Waiting on others to approve a change you know you must make in your own life -- an action you must take that will likely lessen your dependency upon them, and perhaps drive them to make changes in their habitual choices -- is like hoping that a snowman looks forward to a spring thaw." ~Guy Finley

Are you waiting for others to approve of your changes? Why? We so long to belong, to be accepted, to be loved...that we allow ourselves to be lost in who we are, just for acceptance. When we do that, we diminish who we are and we don't play big, we shrink and play small.

Here's the deal. Most of the people around you really don't care about you, only what you can do for them. That is why they are upset when you try to improve yourself, because you are leaving them behind and they want to keep you down with them.

Have you ever seen a bucket of crabs? One will try to get out and the others will pull him back, not let him get away. I don't know why they do that but they do...and so do people. They don't want to be left behind, so they do everything they can to keep you down with them.

Break free of those people and become who you were meant to be. Don't play small anymore, play BIG! The world will love you for it, but you might need to get new friends. While that may be a challenge, it is for the better, because who you hang around with does influence who you are. Who are you hanging with???

Your Choices Control Your Life

“You are in control of your life. Don’t ever forget that. You are what you are because of the conscious and subconscious choices you have made.”~Barbara Hall

Do you realize that? YOU are in control of your life!! Sometimes we forget that we are in control of our lives and that it is our choices that dictate the results that we get. You are where you are now because of the choices you've made in the past. YOUR choices. Nobody elses choices, yours.

You are now where you're at because or your conscious and unconscious choices that you have made. Here's the good news..."It's never too late to become who you might have become." You can make changes TODAY to become who you want to become. Right Now, today.  Start making better choices, it's that simple.  That does not mean that it will be easy, however it is that simple.

Analyze the choices you've made and see where you could have made better choices. Then, make sure that you make those changes. Are you working toward what you want to become or simply moving in life on the road that is before you? Make sure that you are headed where YOU want to go and not where someone else would want you to go.

Remember, you are in control of you life. Take over and become who you were meant to be!
