Are You Learning?

"You can't meet the challenges of today, with yesterday's tools and expect to be in business tomorrow."

What are you learning today that will help you tomorrow? Are you learning new things? Why not? In this "new economy" you need to be constantly learning new things, or at least going over things that you learned a long time ago and discarded.

Think about the way that you did business. How has that changed and is it for the better? I'd guess not. Sometimes we think that we need the latest and greatest new thing for our business when all we really need is what has worked before, maybe just tweaked a little.

As business owners we are always looking for 'the secret.' There is no secret. As Jim Rohn says, "Success is nothing more than a few simple disciplines practiced every day, while failure is simply a few errors in judgment repeated every day."
