What are your disciplines? Are you practicing them every day? Why not? Everybody has different disciplines and the key is to find what yours are and then do them every day.
See it's easy to follow simple disciplines, but because it's easy to do, it's also easy not to do. So, are you practicing those disciplines every day?
Why practice them? Why do pro athletes practice every day? Even after they've been doing it for years and years? I saw an advertisement once that answered that question. "Amateurs work until they get it right but professionals work until they can't do it wrong." Wow, think about that.
Are you working at it until you can't get it wrong?? What a difference than working at it until you get it right...
